About the role
- Proactive identification of potential clients and establishment of initial contacts
- Leading negotiations and closing contracts
- Analysis and optimization of internal sales processes
- Implementation and maintenance of sales tools for efficient client management and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Close collaboration with our team of lawyers and other departments to provide optimal support
- Preparation of reports and analyses to evaluate performance
Requirements
- Vocational or academic training in a commercial/business field
- Experience in sales
- Experience in the legal sector is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation ability
- Solid knowledge of CRM systems
- Willingness to work independently and to meet deadlines
- Self-directed work style and high self-motivation
- Team player with the ability to work effectively across departments
