Consultative support to customers across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
Engaging customers throughout the Digital Agriculture journey
Monitoring and routing requests
Troubleshooting and problem resolution
Reactive and proactive customer interactions aimed at retention and engagement
Technical support for farmers
Machinery compatibility checks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related field)
Intermediate to advanced English
Experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, customer success, support)
Proficiency with MS Office
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Knowledge of customer service platforms and systems
Familiarity with SMS tools, QGIS, MapShaper, Swagger
Experience in technology companies using Agile methodologies
Intermediate to advanced Spanish
Experience responding to customers on social networks and/or on Reclame Aqui
