Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement intelligent solutions using Microsoft Copilot and the Power Platform (focused on Power Apps and Power Automate), integrating with OpenAI models while ensuring governance, security, and scalability for the firm's AI initiatives.
Architecture and development
Design enterprise AI solutions integrating Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and OpenAI model APIs.
Define technical and architectural standards for intelligent automations.
Knowledge of Python and Databricks.
Create and maintain governance policies for the safe and ethical use of AI.
Monitor adoption, impact, and compliance KPIs.
Guide teams on AI best practices and effective use of Copilot.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for advanced users.
Identify opportunities for new use cases and automations.
Develop business cases to justify AI investments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with:
Microsoft Copilot Studio — 3+ years
OpenAI models (latest versions, e.g., GPT-5) — 3+ years
Prompt engineering — 3+ years
Python coding — 5+ years
Experience in enterprise solution architecture and integration with internal systems.
Understanding of AI security, privacy, and governance.
Background in Power Automate automation — 3+ years.
