About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop automation systems that will increase the speed, reliability and security of Willis Towers Watson's operations in Brazil and Latin America.
  • Develop automations using the UiPath platform (one of the most advanced available) and the VB.NET / C# languages.
  • Maintain direct contact with the health and life insurance operations team and with other Latin American countries such as Mexico, Argentina and Colombia.
  • Develop technical, interpersonal, communication and time-management skills.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis or related fields
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Access
  • Knowledge or experience developing robotic processes using UiPath
  • Reading, writing and/or conversational skills in English and/or Spanish
  • Knowledge of web-oriented programming such as JavaScript, APIs, REST, JSON
  • Knowledge of the HTTP protocol, including verbs GET, PUT, POST, headers, requests, responses and encodings
  • Knowledge of code repositories and version control, such as Git and TFS
  • Knowledge of the programming languages C# and VB.NET
  • Knowledge of system development with the .NET Framework and Visual Studio
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • UiPath certification(s)
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Automate
