Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design solutions that align business requirements with the platform's native capabilities, delivering value and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage product roadmaps and contribute to the strategy for evolving features and offerings.
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to translate requirements into:
  • - User stories.
  • - Technical specifications.
  • - Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) on ServiceNow products and their value to the organization.
  • - Guide development teams and stakeholders, prioritizing out-of-the-box (OOB) functionality and minimizing customizations.

  • Experience with:

  • - Project delivery.
  • - Agile methodologies.
  • - Experience in business process design (differential).
  • - Familiarity with agile methodologies and associated tools.
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • - Effective communication and collaboration with global teams.
  • - Knowledge of Configuration Management.
  • Desired:
  • - ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • - Experience in managing operations aligned with organizational strategy
