About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The primary focus is to identify performance trends (qualitative and quantitative data) related to IT operations and Discovery processes, proposing innovative solutions and continuous improvements to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate in defining Discovery product strategy and oversee its tactical execution.
  • Coordinate responses to stakeholder requests related to Discovery outcomes (NIS / GHS / NGC / TechOps).
  • Be responsible for the inspection and continuous improvement of:
  • - Discovery schedules
  • - Integrations
  • - Plugins
  • - Updates
  • Act as a strategic partner to IT and business areas.
  • Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Propose innovative solutions and services to optimize operations.

  • - Core ServiceNow functionalities (scripts, business rules, UI actions, scheduled jobs)
  • Management of data certification and timelines for multiple stakeholders.
  • Implementation of CSDM v3 (Common Service Data Model).
  • Process automation for:
  • - Security Operations
  • - ITSM
  • - ITBM
  • - GRC
  • Deployment of process automation and digitization on ServiceNow.
  • Definition and evolution of:
  • - Configuration Management plans
  • - Procedures and standards
  • Executive communication:
  • - Presentations
  • - Technical documentation
  • Desirable/Preferred certifications:
  • - CSA (Certified System Administrator)
  • - CAD (Certified Application Developer)
  • - CIS – Event Management / ITSM / Discovery
