About the role
- Monitor ongoing projects within the area and prepare status reports;
- Map and perform discovery of project opportunities and innovation applications across corporate and operational areas;
- Implement and execute the area's processes;
- Conduct business and process analyses of current practices, identifying gaps and efficiency opportunities, and driving continuous improvement in the customer journey;
- Engage with different departments to facilitate communication and the flow of relevant information;
- Apply innovation frameworks and methodologies;
- Prepare and deliver presentations for teams and internal stakeholders;
- Provide strategic support to area management by innovating processes and KPIs;
- Stay up to date on technology and innovation trends in the logistics sector;
- Collaborate with vendors to structure proofs of concept;
- Document projects and processes;
- Maintain and update area controls and performance indicators.
Requirements
- Experience in process structuring.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to work in, innovation and business analysis;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies;
- Familiarity with management and prototyping tools.
