About the role

  • You will work across the entire platform, using a variety of web technologies including Node.js, TypeScript and AWS, producing clean, scalable code, integrating back-end data and primarily designing user interfaces and functional, user-friendly web layouts using HTML, CSS and React.js.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience as a full stack developer with Node.js.
  • Experience designing and implementing large-scale, scalable web applications and APIs.
  • Strong experience with AWS.
  • Experience with AWS Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, Kafka and Step Functions.
  • Experience with front-end web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS).
  • Unit and integration testing.
  • Experience building highly scalable REST APIs hosted in a cloud environment.
  • Strong experience designing databases in PostgreSQL and Oracle.
  • Strong use of source control such as Git, and an understanding of Git workflows.
  • Experience with cloud development using automated deployments and continuous delivery.
