About the role
- Act as a technical reference for business process automation.
- Design, develop, maintain, and evolve end-to-end automations.
- Ensure automations are robust, scalable, secure, and aligned with business rules.
- Analyze, map, and automate business processes using RPA (UiPath and Power Automate).
- Develop attended and unattended bots with appropriate exception handling and reprocessing.
- Implement RPA development best practices to ensure stability and maintainability.
- Create automation workflows integrated with legacy systems, ERPs, CRMs, web portals, and databases.
- Work on optimizing existing processes to reduce failures, rework, and operational costs.
- Integrate bots with APIs, web services, queues, files, and databases.
- Configure and manage orchestration, scheduling, and queues (Control Room / Orchestrator).
- Ensure credentials, environments, and access controls are properly managed.
- Implement logging, metrics, and monitoring for automations.
- Provide production support for bots, investigate failures, and propose improvements.
- Version automations and support CI/CD pipelines for RPA.
- Document processes, workflows, exceptions, and business rules.
- Support the definition of technical standards and RPA governance.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand processes and requirements.
Requirements
- Solid experience with RPA (UiPath and Power Automate).
- Experience developing attended and unattended bots.
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, files, and web systems).
- Knowledge of exception handling, queues, reprocessing, and logging.
- Experience with orchestration and managing RPA environments.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and development best practices.
- Ability to read and understand business processes.
- Knowledge of AI.
- Experience in enterprise environments or an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Experience applying CI/CD to RPA.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience automating financial, operational, or back-office processes.
- Strong process and automation orientation.
- Hands-on, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
- High standards for quality, reliability, and technical responsibility.
- Good communication skills for interacting with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.
