About the role
- Provide second- and third-level technical support to end users (on-site and remote)
- Manage and support the Windows 11 environment
- Administer and support the Apple ecosystem (MacBook, iPhone, iPad, Apple ID)
- Perform employee onboarding and offboarding (preparing Apple devices, access provisioning, and policies)
- Manage hardware inventory and IT assets for the department
- Experience with facilities support for meeting room needs and audiovisual equipment
Requirements
- Education - Bachelor's degree in a Technology-related field
- Solid experience as a Senior IT Analyst or in a similar role
- Advanced English
- Strong experience in end-user support
- Proven experience with Windows 11 and Apple environments
- Experience providing hands-on on-site support
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with clients empathetically and with a solution focus
- Organized, with the ability to clearly document and report technical activities
