About the role

  • Ensure that user experience is a strategic differentiator for the business by connecting user insights, corporate objectives, and product decisions into a coherent, scalable vision.
  • Define and evolve the UX strategy: translate business goals and user needs into a clear experience vision.
  • Drive continuous discovery: plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to validate hypotheses and design experiments.
  • Map journeys and identify opportunities: create and maintain journey maps, user flows, and decision frameworks.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end design: coordinate UX activities across the product lifecycle.
  • Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration: work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.
  • Measure and communicate impact: define experience metrics and present insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Education: degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, UX Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in UX design and/or Service Design and Design Thinking.
  • Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Experience managing multiple digital products in agile environments.
  • Fluent English.
