About the role
- The Solution Architect will be part of a team responsible for managing and evolving ServiceNow platforms and products for PwC’s global network of firms.
- Currently focused on building a new global instance, migrating users from the legacy instance, and delivering new ServiceNow products and solutions aligned with business requirements.
- The Solution Architect will partner with stakeholders to implement ServiceNow offerings, staying up to date on the latest features, platform capabilities, and market best practices.
- Design solutions aligned to business requirements, leveraging standard product capabilities to deliver value and business outcomes.
- Manage product roadmaps and contribute to the strategy for offering new features and products to clients.
- Collaborate with a global, multidisciplinary team, translating requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in one or more ServiceNow products, demonstrating the value they deliver to the network of firms.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams and clients, aligning requirements to standard product usage and minimizing customizations.
- As part of the global technology organization, troubleshoot issues and build trust through solutions that support PwC’s strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow implementer, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
- Relevant certifications and training on the ServiceNow platform.
- Advanced skills in one or more ServiceNow products.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), project delivery, and agile development.
- Experience designing business processes (a plus).
