About the role

  • The Product Manager for Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) will be responsible for driving the development and evolution of SACM offerings in ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with PwC's business objectives and meeting client needs.
  • This professional will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions aligned with the ServiceNow product area under their responsibility.
  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for SACM offerings.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements by gathering insights from clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.
  • Act as the ServiceNow platform subject matter expert (SME), staying up to date on new features, releases, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, usage metrics, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with specific work on the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
  • Strong understanding of product processes and Configuration Management best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to operate in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and tools.
  • Passion for technology and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Minimum experience: 6 years
  • Desired certifications:
  • - ITIL 4.0 Foundation
  • - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator)
