About the role
- Consultative support for customers across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
- Customer engagement throughout the Digital Agriculture journey
- Monitoring and routing of requests
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Reactive and proactive interactions with customers aimed at retention and engagement
- Technical support for farmers
- Verification of machinery/equipment compatibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related field)
- Intermediate/Advanced English
- Experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, customer success, support)
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and systems
- Familiarity with SMS tools, QGIS, MapShaper, Swagger
- Experience working in technology companies using Agile methodologies
- Intermediate/Advanced Spanish
- Experience providing customer support via social media and/or Reclame Aqui
