About the role
- Act as a Hunter, Farmer & Closer in sales, actively prospecting potential clients;
- Schedule technical and commercial meetings;
- Monitor the purchasing process until the customer approves and it moves to the contract stage;
- Deliver sales presentations and map client needs and opportunities;
- Know the brand, its values, market positioning, and target customers;
- Understand our products as well as competitors', highlighting our advantages to the client;
- Provide clients with requested quotes and negotiate commercial terms, always respecting company guidelines;
- Support, negotiate with, and advise customers;
- Engage with current and prospective clients, proposing retention and business expansion plans;
- Provide outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business administration, sales, or marketing;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, sales, and public speaking skills;
- Excellent command of Portuguese;
- Knowledge of the sales cycle/sales funnel;
- Experience in B2B sales;
- Resilient, persistent, and dedicated profile with high availability, empathy, and eloquence.
- Differentials:
- Existing client portfolio (book of business);
- Advanced Spanish.
