About the role
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects within the Application Security team, ensuring objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
- Track initiatives and perform follow-ups on activities to maintain project momentum and progress.
- Engage with the extended Application Security team and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and establish objectives.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Lead and support decision-making processes, aligning efforts and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Provide clear, concise updates on project status, including executive summaries for different audiences.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and established best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in information security or technology environments.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with strategic and analytical thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to foster a collaborative work environment and build strong relationships.
- Solid time-management skills, results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Azure DevOps / ADO).
