About the role
- Create and maintain test cases and test plans
- Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts for UI and API testing using Selenium, Java, or other programming languages
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and work in iterative Agile environments
- Understand user stories and acceptance criteria, and estimate automation effort for each story
- Design, develop, and execute automated scripts in CI/CD environments, ensuring requirements are met
- Report identified defects and validate applied fixes
- Debug and isolate failures in automated tests
- Collaborate with QA leads and participate in panel interviews (video format, two stages)
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with automated testing (UI and API)
- Experience creating and executing test cases
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with CI tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Experience with Microsoft testing frameworks (advantageous)
- Experience with Postman or similar tools
- UI automation experience
- API test automation experience
- Strong ability to create and execute test cases
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
