About the role

  • Lead the strategy for new business growth
  • Define and execute the commercial plan, expanding the portfolio within strategic accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Management or related areas is a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in commercial leadership, preferably in technology companies or consulting
  • Strong corporate client portfolio with a track record of significant results
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on consultative selling
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performance commercial teams
  • Ability to plan and execute strategies to meet and exceed commercial targets
  • Strong capability to close complex contracts and negotiate with senior executives
  • Advanced or fluent English
  • Advanced Spanish
  • Experience in international sales or market expansion into other countries
