About the role
- Provide day-to-day oversight of Corporate Compliance department teams
- Ensure client reporting timelines are met and compliance issues are escalated
- Coordinate second level reviews for assigned teams
- Maintain staff schedules and provide guidance on protocol and procedures
- Conduct monthly meetings and performance appraisals annually on each team member
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Previous experience in quality management, appeals, complaints or grievance management
