About the role
- Support Product Quality to resolve product non-conformance issues / concerns
- Identify OEM product to engineer drawing and support Quality Spills
- Provide disposition and control national parts inventory
- Complete the following work segments and update RFI or FW in GM IMS ERFOU01 & ERFOU02P / ERFOU02Q
- Process each RFI & FW to GM Process within 48hrs of receipt
- Update and Maintain GM IMS for each RFI or FW worked
- Monitor IMS for new RFI & FW pending daily
- Assist supplier with questions
- Aid all GM Quality initiatives
- Attend customer meetings during core hrs.
Requirements
- GM Team Center
- Analyzing Engineer Drawings for product dimensions and detail
- Verifying product to specification (engineering and/or packaging)
- Experience with Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC)
- Experience with Main Frame (MS-DOS Environment)
