About the role

  • Act as the AI adoption and Digitalization expert for the VS.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of AI and digitalization initiatives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and apply AI and digitalization tools for business opportunities.
  • Participate in customer meetings to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for AI solutions.
  • Drive project rollouts focused on automation in operational workflows.
  • Ensure robust and responsible AI development following best practices.
  • Monitor adoption results and propose enhancements for continuous improvement.
  • Support Global Lean Leaders and VS Lean Experts during Kaizen events.

Requirements

  • Degree in AI / Data Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience applying AI/ML and digitalization solutions to real-world business problems.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in the automotive and mobility sectors.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects and translate technical insights into business value.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
