Provide expert assistance in diagnosis of complex technical issues for an international premium automobile manufacturer.
Support the dealer network with quick solution finding of technical product issues and provide repair instructions via specified communication channels.
Work closely with technicians of workshops and dealerships to support repairs and warranty procedures.
Support development of solutions for the entire product range and act as an interface between the manufacturer and dealers.
Requirements
Highly motivated self-starter with excellent customer relationship, communication and facilitation skills.
Practical workshop/automotive experience, ideally in a dealership, workshop or at a manufacturer (aftersales retail experience is an advantage).
Confident in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures.
Fluent in Bulgarian and English; knowledge of other Central and Eastern European languages is a plus.
Very good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work on own initiative; flexible and proactive personality.
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and high-level organizational and time management skills.
Interest in working in a field environment with minimal supervision.
