About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist and support the Project Engineer team in creating detailed cost estimates
Travel to projects throughout the US and Caribbean for project management services
Assist project manager in determining project needs, constraints, and responsibilities
Prepare MEP assessments and reports
Perform site visits to document project progress
Create site visit reports
Prepare conference call meeting notes and reports
Review project scope of work and equipment specifications with project manager
Administer request for quotations (RFQ) to equipment vendors
Create contractor and equipment bid comparisons
Prepare purchase orders and installation contracts for review by project manager
Assemble project closeout documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
EIT Certification or equivalent work experience
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Frequent sitting, occasional stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, climbing, and standing
Clear speaking and adequate hearing for effective communication
