Scrum Master

• Serve as Senior Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams across concurrent projects, facilitating all core Agile ceremonies
• Own sprint capacity planning across assigned teams
• Track and maintain sprint deliverables aligned to PI Plan roadmaps
• Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support delivery across multiple concurrent projects
• Lead and facilitate scaled Agile events
• Enable teams to adopt Lean thinking and flow-based delivery
• Coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Lean, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe principles
• Drive and facilitate effective retrospectives
• Act as a change agent and mentor
