Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the flow of information between veterinary staff and clients
  • Book patient appointments
  • Convey detailed information regarding patient status, doctors’ reports/updates, and instructions
  • Provide general information regarding routine, specialty, and emergency pet care
  • Collaborate with all departments and interact with every facet of patient and client care

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous Animal Handling Experience
  • Some Knowledge
  • Include a cover letter showcasing writing skills
  • Ability to remain detail oriented in a fast paced environment is a must!
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a call center, medical reception, or other phone based client service
  • 1-2 years of prior animal care experience is preferred.
