About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the flow of information between veterinary staff and clients
- Book patient appointments
- Convey detailed information regarding patient status, doctors’ reports/updates, and instructions
- Provide general information regarding routine, specialty, and emergency pet care
- Collaborate with all departments and interact with every facet of patient and client care
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous Animal Handling Experience
- Some Knowledge
- Include a cover letter showcasing writing skills
- Ability to remain detail oriented in a fast paced environment is a must!
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a call center, medical reception, or other phone based client service
- 1-2 years of prior animal care experience is preferred.
