3+ years of SAP consulting/implementation experience
Involvement in end-to-end project delivery
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IT, or related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance core modules such as FI-CO, FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA is a must-have
Specific knowledge on SAP Treasury and Risk Management is a plus.
Knowledgeable on SAP S/4 HANA Finance Private Cloud(RISE)
Openness to learn different finance solutions, like FI-CA or FS-CD
Fluency in English
Ability to periodically travel; Will be considered as an advantage
Nice to Have: Experience with FS-CD, FI-CA Technical understanding (ABAP) or SAP certification; Agile methodology familiarity (SCRUM, ASAP); Experience in insurance, finance, or reinsurance industries
