Account Executive

• Drive net-new revenue growth by prospecting and closing enterprise software deals within the life insurance and annuity markets.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans targeting policy administration modernization, digital transformation, and core system replacement initiatives.
• Engage at multiple levels — from business (Operations, Policy Admin, Underwriting, Claims, Distribution) to IT and C-suite.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client challenges across policy lifecycle management, billing, claims, and customer experience.
• Partner with solution consultants, product, and delivery teams to craft compelling, value-driven proposals and RFP responses.
• Manage a complex sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close, often 6–12 months in duration.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and forums (LIMRA, InsurTech Connect, etc.).
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting life insurance operations.
