About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the consumer patient adherence strategy for the U.S. PAH drug
  • Shape and scale a patient-centered program helping appropriate patients start therapy, stay engaged, and navigate treatment milestones
  • Own strategy, execution, and optimization of the adherence program
  • Develop omnichannel patient experiences, including CRM, digital, education, and support resources
  • Partner with analytics and digital teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and optimization opportunities
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Marketing, Patient Services, Market Access, Digital, Data & Analytics, Medical, Legal/Compliance, agencies, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliant, effective, and scalable program delivery
  • Translate patient insights, business priorities, and performance data into practical solutions that improve patient experience and support persistence
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, budgets, and project leadership activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's Degree, MBA or MS
  • 5+ years of U.S. pharma, biotech, healthcare marketing, patient services, patient experience, access, or digital engagement experience
  • Experience building or optimizing marketing, patient support, adherence, CRM, or engagement programs
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication, project leadership, budget management, and agency/vendor management capabilities
  • Specialty, rare disease, hub services, specialty pharmacy, or patient adherence experience preferred, but not required
  • Required skills: Adaptability, Agile Principles, Brand Marketing, Creativity, Customer Insights, Financial Analysis, Market Access, Market Research, Pricing Strategies, Product Management, Promotions Management, Sales Support, Stakeholder Influence, Strategic Planning, Strategic Thinking
  • Must be a U.S. or Puerto Rico resident
