About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support programs within Trial Financial Management that enable business partners to operate without obstacles
- Build expertise in system validations and learn the end-to-end clinical process
- Uncover and communicate user needs with stakeholders across the company
- Plan, design, and conduct testing activities
- Engage support teams and compile content for user training and communications
- Discover, document, and manage business process and stakeholder needs
- Gather insights into user journeys, behavior, motivations, unmet needs, and pain points
- Develop solution ideas and make prioritization decisions to maximize IT solution value
- Identify business value for initiatives and determine how to measure outcomes
- Support enablement, adoption, and growth of the Integrated Trial Monitoring product
- Partner with scrum masters, technical leads, and development teams to deliver products using Agile SDLC methodology
- Maintain a healthy backlog of epics, features, and user stories aligned with the roadmap
- Apply Product Model principles to maximize business value
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma required
- 2+ years of experience as a Product/Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience working within a global team
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry (desired)
- Understanding of the Clinical Trials domain from the data collection and management perspective (desired)
- Required skills: Database Administration, Measurement Analysis, Program Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Structured Query Language (SQL), Waterfall Model
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and identify improvement recommendations
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
- Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate activities among multiple people/groups
- Ability to work on confidential projects and maintain confidentiality
