About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites
  • Educate site stakeholders on workflows, system setup, and operational requirements using approved resources
  • Help treatment sites develop the operational capabilities and knowledge needed for consistent end-to-end product execution
  • Serve as the product operational subject matter expert for assigned sites
  • Provide support regarding product processes, operations, and logistics
  • Act as the primary contact for operational issues, triaging and addressing them through cross-functional coordination
  • Collaborate with approved cross-functional oncology field teams to support compliant engagement
  • Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders
  • Use company-generated data and dashboards to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Synthesize site feedback and process insights to help the HQ team improve communications, workflows, resources, and education

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
  • Proven track record working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies
  • Ability to operate effectively in evolving, ambiguous environments with multiple dependencies
  • Strong operational problem-solving skills, including root-cause diagnosis and coordinating next steps
  • Ability to build meaningful customer relationships with treatment-site operational stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills in matrix organizations
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%
  • Valid driver's license
  • Preferred: experience supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies
  • Preferred: experience with complex oncology workflows
  • Preferred: experience with large oncology systems and multiple stakeholder groups across a single enterprise
