About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites
- Educate treatment sites on workflows, system setup, and operational requirements
- Deliver process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing operational support
- Help sites develop the operational capabilities and knowledge needed for consistent end-to-end treatment execution
- Serve as the product operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites
- Provide support regarding product processes, operations, and logistics
- Act as the primary contact for operational issues, triaging and addressing issues through cross-functional coordination
- Collaborate with oncology field teams to support compliant engagement and a consistent treatment-site experience
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through reliable and responsive support
- Use company-generated data and dashboards to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Synthesize site feedback and process insights to help the HQ team improve communications, workflows, resources, and education
- Support potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma
- Serve accounts in the Penn geography, including Pennsylvania and West Virginia
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
- Proven track record of working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies
- Ability to operate effectively in “white space” environments with evolving processes, unclear paths, and multiple dependencies
- Strong operational problem-solving skills, including identifying process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating next steps with appropriate stakeholders
- Ability to build and develop meaningful customer relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, internally and externally, with ability to interact with individuals from a variety of cultures and disciplines
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional, matrix organizations
- Ability to travel ~50%
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred: experience supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies, experience with complex oncology workflows, and experience with large oncology systems and multiple stakeholder groups
