About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites
Educate treatment sites on workflows, system setup, and operational requirements
Deliver process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing operational support
Help sites develop the operational capabilities and knowledge needed for consistent end-to-end treatment execution
Serve as the product operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites
Provide support regarding product processes, operations, and logistics
Act as the primary contact for operational issues, triaging and addressing issues through cross-functional coordination
Collaborate with oncology field teams to support compliant engagement and a consistent treatment-site experience
Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through reliable and responsive support
Use company-generated data and dashboards to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Synthesize site feedback and process insights to help the HQ team improve communications, workflows, resources, and education
Support potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma
Serve accounts in the Penn geography, including Pennsylvania and West Virginia

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration
Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
Proven track record of working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies
Ability to operate effectively in “white space” environments with evolving processes, unclear paths, and multiple dependencies
Strong operational problem-solving skills, including identifying process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating next steps with appropriate stakeholders
Ability to build and develop meaningful customer relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, internally and externally, with ability to interact with individuals from a variety of cultures and disciplines
Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional, matrix organizations
Ability to travel ~50%
Valid driver’s license
Preferred: experience supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies, experience with complex oncology workflows, and experience with large oncology systems and multiple stakeholder groups
