About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites
Educate treatment sites on workflows, system setup, and operational requirements
Deliver process-focused education using approved resources
Support sites in consistently executing the product's end-to-end treatment journey
Serve as the product operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites
Provide support regarding product processes, operations, and logistics
Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues
Triage and address issues through cross-functional coordination and defined processes
Collaborate with oncology field teams to support coordinated and compliant engagement
Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders
Provide consistent, reliable, and responsive operational support
Use company-generated data and dashboards to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Synthesize site feedback and process insights to help the headquarters team improve communications, workflows, resources, and education

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration
Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
Proven track record working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies
Ability to operate effectively in evolving, ambiguous environments with multiple dependencies
Strong operational problem-solving skills, including identifying process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating next steps
Ability to build and develop meaningful customer relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional, matrix organizations
Ability to travel approximately 50%
Valid driver's license
Candidate must reside in the designated Philly geographic territory, including Pennsylvania and New Jersey
Preferred: experience supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies
Preferred: experience with complex oncology workflows
Preferred: experience with large oncology systems and multiple stakeholder groups across a single enterprise
