About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites
- Educate treatment sites on workflows, system setup, and operational requirements
- Deliver process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support
- Help sites develop the operational capabilities and knowledge required for consistent end-to-end treatment journey execution
- Serve as the product operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites
- Support sites regarding product processes, operations, and logistics
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues
- Triage and address issues through cross-functional coordination and defined processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to support compliant engagement and consistent site experiences
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders
- Use company-generated data and dashboards to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Synthesize site feedback and process insights to help headquarters teams improve communications, workflows, resources, and education
- Support potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
- Proven track record working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies
- Ability to operate effectively in evolving processes, unclear paths, and environments with multiple dependencies
- Strong operational problem-solving skills, including identifying process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating next steps
- Ability to build and develop meaningful customer relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional, matrix organizations
- Ability to travel approximately 50%
- Valid driver's license
- Preferred: experience supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies
- Preferred: experience working with complex oncology workflows
- Preferred: experience working with large oncology systems and navigating multiple stakeholder groups across a single enterprise
