About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites
  • Educate treatment sites on workflows, system setup, and operational requirements
  • Deliver process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support
  • Help sites develop the operational capabilities and knowledge required for consistent end-to-end treatment execution
  • Serve as the product operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites
  • Provide support regarding product processes, operations, and logistics
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues
  • Triage and address issues through cross-functional coordination and defined processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to support compliant engagement and a consistent site experience
  • Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders
  • Provide consistent, reliable, and responsive operational support
  • Use company-generated data and dashboards to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Synthesize site feedback and process insights to help headquarters enhance communications, workflows, resources, and education
  • Support accounts across the Southwest geography, including Arizona, New Mexico, and San Diego, California
  • Perform field-based, customer-facing, non-demand-generating, non-promotional operational support
  • Travel approximately 50%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
  • Proven track record working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies
  • Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving processes, unclear paths, and multiple dependencies
  • Strong operational problem-solving skills, including identifying process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating next steps
  • Ability to build and develop customer relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional, matrix organizations
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%
  • Valid driver's license
  • Preferred: experience supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies
  • Preferred: experience working with complex oncology workflows
  • Preferred: experience working with large oncology systems and navigating multiple stakeholder groups across a single enterprise
