About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites
  • Educate site stakeholders on workflows, system setup, and operational requirements using approved resources
  • Support sites in developing capabilities and knowledge for consistent end-to-end product execution
  • Serve as the operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites
  • Provide support regarding product processes, operations, and logistics
  • Triage and address operational issues through cross-functional coordination and defined processes
  • Collaborate with oncology field teams to support coordinated, compliant engagement
  • Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders
  • Use company-generated data and dashboards to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Synthesize site feedback and process insights for the headquarters team to improve communications, workflows, resources, and education

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
  • Proven track record working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies
  • Ability to operate effectively in evolving, unclear, and dependency-heavy environments
  • Strong operational problem-solving skills, including process-friction identification, root-cause diagnosis, and stakeholder coordination
  • Ability to build meaningful customer relationships with treatment-site operational stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional, matrix organizations
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%
  • Valid driver's license
  • Candidate must reside in the designated Texas geographic territory
  • Preferred: experience supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies
  • Preferred: experience with complex oncology workflows
  • Preferred: experience with large oncology systems and multiple stakeholder groups across a single enterprise
