About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Focus on the emerging area of Sustainability reporting within the External Reporting group
  • Prepare the Company for its initial regulatory sustainability filings
  • Report to the Executive Director – External Reporting
  • Work extensively with the Sustainability Controller
  • Help ensure the Company is positioned for and responsive to growing global regulatory external reporting requirements
  • Address environmental, social and governance reporting topics
  • Support sustainability reporting compliance, corporate governance, accounting, audits, and sustainability reports
  • Drive projects and change in complex environments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum of 5 years of auditing and/or accounting background
  • Working knowledge of sustainability-related topics and regulations
  • Familiarity with CSRD and EU Taxonomy regulations
  • Project management skills
  • Experience in financial reporting, financial processes, and internal controls
  • Proactive problem-solving approach
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to react quickly to changes and work effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Previous experience working in complex environments and driving change
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Ability to work in a less structured environment for daily activities
  • Experience with Workiva sustainability reporting module preferred
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • No visa sponsorship
  • Valid driving license not required
