About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal clients, understand their needs, and propose solutions aligned with company strategies
  • Lead regional projects and initiatives, ensuring quality execution and compliance with policies and regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Proven experience in vendor management, internal client relations, operations, procurement, corporate benefits, insurance, corporate health, mobility, fleet, or related fields
  • Experience working with project management
  • Experience within multinational matrix organizations
  • Solid background in compliance, governance, and process management
  • Advanced/fluent English and Spanish required
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
