About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and implementation of Global Clinical Supplies processes aligned with short- and long-term objectives
- Serve as the overall SAP and global business process expert for supply chain planning and forecasting
- Drive business challenges to resolution with system solutions across Global Clinical Supplies
- Support business case development and maintain the Demand Tracker for enhancement requests and prioritization
- Drive business process standardization, implementation, and training on new processes
- Review SOPs and assess process changes for system impact to ensure a single global business process
- Contribute to the Global Process Steward Network, partnering with Manufacturing Division Global Process Stewards and COMET Functional Leads
- Support tier management and escalations for transactional issue resolution
- Contribute to Deviations, Investigations, and CAPAs in the planning area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process-driven opportunities to improve business performance
- Build collaborative stakeholder relationships to drive change and execute priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or similar field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or similar field with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or a related planning support function
- Demonstrated knowledge of forecasting, supply planning, production scheduling, and business process execution
- 3+ years of experience working with SAP PP-PI
- Demonstrated knowledge of Demand Management, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and related production planning processes
- Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects and initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Ability to identify risks to issue resolution, project timelines, scope, or deliverables and escalate accordingly
- Ability to develop strong, trust-based, collaborative stakeholder relationships
- Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to execute collaborative projects and develop subject matter expertise
- Expertise in system and business process design, process analysis, optimization, and solution development preferred
- Experience supporting large-scale SAP implementations preferred
- Experience with advanced supply chain planning and scheduling solutions such as Kinaxis RapidResponse or OMP preferred
- Professional certification in process optimization, operational excellence, or continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma preferred
