Key responsibilities & impact

support ECO by helping to build and enhance data-driven solutions with a focus on critical-to-compliance risk areas
partner with IDEAS team members and ECO stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver well-tested solutions
evaluate data using analytical and logical reasoning for the discovery of insights
contribute to projects from concept to deployment, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/BA required
3–7 years of relevant experience (including internships, co-ops, or academic projects) in analytics, data engineering, software development, or a related technical field
Demonstratable proficiency in R and Python coding languages
Able to write/understand a programming language (.Net, C#, Java, HTML)
Intermediate to advanced ability to write SQL and Microsoft Fabric
DataIKU, NLP Models
Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
