About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • support ECO by helping to build and enhance data-driven solutions with a focus on critical-to-compliance risk areas
  • partner with IDEAS team members and ECO stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver well-tested solutions
  • evaluate data using analytical and logical reasoning for the discovery of insights
  • contribute to projects from concept to deployment, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS/BA required
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience (including internships, co-ops, or academic projects) in analytics, data engineering, software development, or a related technical field
  • Demonstratable proficiency in R and Python coding languages
  • Able to write/understand a programming language (.Net, C#, Java, HTML)
  • Intermediate to advanced ability to write SQL and Microsoft Fabric
  • DataIKU, NLP Models
  • Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
