About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Varicella launch activities across multiple markets
- Partner with Regional leads and country teams to drive global MMRV strategy
- Leadership of critical franchise operations through supply and demand management activities

- Manage global Cross Functional Team meetings

Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS
- Masters Degree in Business Administration, health policy, or health economics and related disciplines preferred
- At least 5 years of combined experience in one or more of these areas: access, marketing, health policy, or commercial operations (or equivalent roles)
- Experience with Sales and Operation planning and supply/demand planning (S&OP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial orientation, financial and business acumen
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Solid project management skills and track record of leading projects to successful and timely completion
