Director, Market Access – Insights

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead transformation of the MAI capability, embedding AI‑enabled solutions
- Provide strategic thought partnership to GMAX and Payer Marketing teams
- Act as the single-point leader for the MAI capability in India
- Enable end‑to‑end delivery of MAI initiatives including payer insights and pricing strategy
- Drive portfolio‑level governance and prioritization
- Lead the build‑out of an in‑house capability focused on contract management and analytics management
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS in Business / Marketing / Healthcare
- Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred
- 10+ years of experience in market access, pricing, advanced analytics, and related roles
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Understanding of payer landscapes, pricing & reimbursement dynamics
- Significant experience in leading transformation and change management
- Strong experience in contracting operations, pricing strategy support, or commercial/access operations
- Ability to translate global franchise business needs into data-driven solutions
- Deep therapeutic area (TA) knowledge in Oncology, Rare Diseases, and Vaccines
