About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead transformation of the MAI capability, embedding AI‑enabled solutions
  • Provide strategic thought partnership to GMAX and Payer Marketing teams
  • Act as the single-point leader for the MAI capability in India
  • Enable end‑to‑end delivery of MAI initiatives including payer insights and pricing strategy
  • Drive portfolio‑level governance and prioritization
  • Lead the build‑out of an in‑house capability focused on contract management and analytics management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS in Business / Marketing / Healthcare
  • Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in market access, pricing, advanced analytics, and related roles
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Understanding of payer landscapes, pricing & reimbursement dynamics
  • Significant experience in leading transformation and change management
  • Strong experience in contracting operations, pricing strategy support, or commercial/access operations
  • Ability to translate global franchise business needs into data-driven solutions
  • Deep therapeutic area (TA) knowledge in Oncology, Rare Diseases, and Vaccines
