About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead transformation of the MAI capability, embedding AI‑enabled solutions
Provide strategic thought partnership to GMAX and Payer Marketing teams
Act as the single-point leader for the MAI capability in India
Enable end‑to‑end delivery of MAI initiatives including payer insights and pricing strategy
Drive portfolio‑level governance and prioritization
Lead the build‑out of an in‑house capability focused on contract management and analytics management

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in Business / Marketing / Healthcare
Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred
10+ years of experience in market access, pricing, advanced analytics, and related roles
5+ years of people leadership experience
Understanding of payer landscapes, pricing & reimbursement dynamics
Significant experience in leading transformation and change management
Strong experience in contracting operations, pricing strategy support, or commercial/access operations
Ability to translate global franchise business needs into data-driven solutions
Deep therapeutic area (TA) knowledge in Oncology, Rare Diseases, and Vaccines
