About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and meet with key stakeholders to understand practice structure, business model, and key influencers
- Use appropriate resources to create a compelling and logical rationale for the value of our Oncology products during informed discussions with customers
- Possess knowledge of cancer staging, possible treatment options, and dosing schedules associated with different tumors/diseases
- Analyze and identify trends in a complex buying environment
- Review and evaluate patterns for products purchased and prescribed
- Comprehend complex account interdependencies to proactively develop and execute short- and long-term account plans in collaboration with the account team and supervisor
- Share learnings and best practices from one customer to another
- Ensure a consistent customer experience across our Company’s division and functional areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
- 0 - 2 years of field-based experience
- Valid driver’s license and able to drive a vehicle
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 2+ years of field-based experience, selling an oncology therapeutic to oncology customers preferred
- Documented history of strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical role preferred
- Clinical oncology experience across multiple solid tumors preferred
