About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- planning/managing of real-world evidence and non-interventional research activities for in-line and pipeline products in hematology
- support critical assessments of drivers and barriers to reimbursement and market access
- collaborate with internal teams and external partners, design non-interventional and data synthesis studies
- author study protocols, develop measurement questionnaires, case report forms, data analysis plans, final study reports, scientific presentations, and publications
- hold responsibility for study-related contracting, budgets, and vendor/partner management
- develop American Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) dossiers for US payers, and Global Value Dossiers
- support local/regional country affiliates to understand local evidence generation needs
- work closely with cross functional teams to effectively communicate real-world evidence and non-interventional research activities internally and to external stakeholders
- maintain awareness of new scientific and methodological developments within therapeutic area and in outcomes research field
- build partnerships with scientific experts worldwide
- present outcomes research data at national and international congresses and publish articles in scientific journals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s (MSc, MPH) or PharmD degree and fellowship in relevant discipline (health services research, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, health economics, pharmacoeconomics, pharmacy administration) required
- Doctoral degree (PhD, DrPH, MD, ScD) in relevant discipline preferred
- 1-3 years experience post master’s or PharmD degree required, or post doctoral degree preferred
