About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

planning/managing of real-world evidence and non-interventional research activities for in-line and pipeline products in hematology
support critical assessments of drivers and barriers to reimbursement and market access
collaborate with internal teams and external partners, design non-interventional and data synthesis studies
author study protocols, develop measurement questionnaires, case report forms, data analysis plans, final study reports, scientific presentations, and publications
hold responsibility for study-related contracting, budgets, and vendor/partner management
develop American Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) dossiers for US payers, and Global Value Dossiers
support local/regional country affiliates to understand local evidence generation needs
work closely with cross functional teams to effectively communicate real-world evidence and non-interventional research activities internally and to external stakeholders
maintain awareness of new scientific and methodological developments within therapeutic area and in outcomes research field
build partnerships with scientific experts worldwide
present outcomes research data at national and international congresses and publish articles in scientific journals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s (MSc, MPH) or PharmD degree and fellowship in relevant discipline (health services research, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, health economics, pharmacoeconomics, pharmacy administration) required
Doctoral degree (PhD, DrPH, MD, ScD) in relevant discipline preferred
1-3 years experience post master’s or PharmD degree required, or post doctoral degree preferred
