About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using Java 17+
Design and implement application architecture using Spring Boot 3.x or newer
Maintain system stability, consistency, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify bottlenecks and defects, and implement effective solutions
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Drive the adoption of AI-assisted software development practices, including effective use of GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and team development standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream
3 to 6 years of Proven experience as a Java Developer
Extensive experience with Java 17 or later
Strong expertise in Spring Boot 3.x or newer
Basic knowledge of OpenSearch or Elasticsearch
Optional Skills: Familiarity with Grafana for application performance monitoring
