Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of regional Treatment Site Leads (TSLs)
Oversee execution of treatment site onboarding and readiness activities
Establish and reinforce a high standard of operational excellence
Drive seamless collaboration between TSLs and cross-functional oncology field teams
Serve as the primary regional escalation point for operational challenges
Translate national strategy into clear regional execution plans
Maintain understanding of operational requirements for individualized neoantigen therapy
Analyze regional performance metrics for coaching and improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of (10) years’ experience in Sales/Account Management, Marketing, Managed Markets, or other field based roles within the pharmaceutical industry
Minimum of (3) years’ experience as People Manager of customer-facing role(s)
Minimum of (3) years’ experience developing and managing customer relationships
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong communication and coaching capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem
Valid driver’s license
Ability to travel ~50%
