About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and deliver the Microsoft Power App product portfolio for Value & Implementation (V&I) Operations
Define product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps by synthesizing input from V&I stakeholders
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, value case development, design, build, testing, release, and change management
Serve as the voice of the stakeholder, partnering with engineering teams
Govern and manage the Global Medical and Value Capabilities (GMVC) hyperautomation product portfolio
Develop clear product requirements (epics, user stories, design specifications) within an agile framework
Own backlog management, sprint planning, and release execution
Drive adoption and stakeholder satisfaction by delivering impactful products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or technology
five years of relevant work experience
Ability to think critically and ask questions to come to a solution for a problem
Experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
Experience creating configurable enterprise SaaS solutions in an agile environment
Strong commercial Life Sciences business acumen for compliant and value-adding V&I solutions
Experience partnering with business stakeholders across geographies and functions
Experience as a member in cross-functional, global initiatives in a complex matrix
Excellent interpersonal communication (written/oral) and presentation skills
Detail oriented, organized, good at multi-tasking
