About the role

  • Develop and execute Livestock Business Unit Technical Customer Value support within Central Eastern Europe
  • Lead interaction with external institutional entities (Universities, research centers) and scientific stakeholders (KOLs, associations)
  • Support and collaborate closely with CEE marketing, sales and regulatory affairs
  • Provide scientific support and interact with internal and external customers to achieve commercial targets regionally
  • Build and develop a new technical organization and technical customer value service portfolio
  • Drive introduction of new products and support in-line products with Global and EURAM technical directors
  • Strategic planning including commercial impact and PR & Communication
  • Overall responsibility for the Technical budget; manage and prioritize based on business priorities
  • Ensure ecosystem functions within Technical Centre of Excellence and towards business stakeholders
  • Provide strategic regulatory advice and review promotional material; take part in BU products and launch teams

Requirements

  • Education : Veterinary Medicine
  • Work experience in ruminants industry
  • Leadership and people management experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to develop close relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A forward-thinking, commercial and strategic mindset
  • A strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • High level of presentation and scientific writing skills
  • Ability to travel up to 60% in the Region (50% Poland) and Europe (10%)
  • Competencies: Project Management; Productive Communication; Problem Solving; Customer engagement; Product knowledge and portfolio management; Regulatory and compliance knowledge
  • Languages: English - Advanced; Polish - Native
