About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development of our customer experience and campaign planning
  • Shape and orchestrate fully integrated digital campaigns
  • Lead agency and internal teams through the creative process for campaigns, resources and relevant content
  • Collaborate with copy, design, UX, architecture, internal legal, medical and regulatory teams in the co-design, co-creation, and execution of campaign plans
  • Have a hand in the process from creative development to approval and delivery to market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of combined digital marketing/marketing support or sales experience
  • Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous space, shifting from the tactical to the strategic
  • Capacity to effectively collaborate and drive change while focusing on the co-design, co-creation, and execution phases of creative development
  • Strong digital acumen and understanding of criteria for effective digital content
  • Knowledge/experience in healthcare marketing and/or promotion
  • Demonstrated ability to implement marketing strategies that work
  • Excellent business and communication/influencing skills
  • Experience and success in a cross-functional team leadership role
  • Well organized, highly motivated, process-driven, results-oriented personality
  • Ability to re-balance priorities and assume responsibility in a multi-tasking environment
  • Understanding of how to maximize digital channels, techniques, and operating models
  • Ability to thrive within a data-driven, fast-paced setting defined by change
  • Innovative thinking
