Senior Specialist, HR Technology
MSDSenior Specialist in HR Technology working on configuration and support of Global Talent Acquisition solutions. Collaborating with teams to enhance HR systems using Workday, Phenom People, and Ajinga.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute heavy configuration within the Workday application, specifically focusing on Recruiting and Talent modules.
- Support and configure third-party talent acquisition systems, including Phenom People and Ajinga.
- Support, assess, and manage new business requests, recommending alternative technical solutions to improve HR/HR Information System processes.
- Partner closely with HR Technology Process and Solutions leads, Global Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Operations Teams.
- Apply technical expertise to resolve complex business problems independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 4 years of experience in HRIS, IT, or HR Operations with a Bachelor's degree, OR minimum 6 years of experience with a High School diploma.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Workday Global Talent Acquisition/Recruiting or 2 years hands-on experience in Workday Talent.
- Experience translating end-user business requirements into technical system functionality.
- Minimum 2 years leading or executing technology User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end system testing.
- Demonstrated understanding of data privacy principles and practices.
- Experience leading projects within deadline-driven, fast-paced environments.
- Proven Experience presenting system capabilities and technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing analytical skills to resolve complex business problems.
- Proven experience in business process analysis and identifying HRIS improvements.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
