About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serves as a strategic learning partner supporting capability development across the IAM organization within the company portfolio.
- Partners closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps, assess business needs, and design product, disease, and above-brand learning solutions.
- Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering strategic learning solutions that build capabilities and drive performance.
- Leads in designing learning journeys and execute learning strategies aligned with IAM business objectives.
- Manages multiple complex learning projects, overseeing curriculum development, and implementing blended learning approaches.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of sales, account management, or related sales/account management training experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- High attention to detail and execution excellence
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within team environments
